Here's 5 secrets you might not be aware of:

Secret #1 - You can do an FHA streamline refinance if you live in a 2 unit, 3 unit, or 4 unit. And, let's keep in mind you can go up to $964,300 for a 2 unit, $1,165,600 for a 3 unit, and $1,448,600 for a 4 unit

Secret #2 - You can skip one mortgage payment when doing a streamline refinance and up to 2 if we time it right. Let me give you an example. Let's say you pay for February, we close the loan on February 15th, you skip March, and your next payment is due April.

Now, if we time it even better - and, you pay in February, skip March, we close March 15, skip April, and your next mortgage payment is May.

Secret #3 - Assuming you have an impound account currently on your FHA loan, and we do an FHA streamline refinance, within 20 days after closing, your previous lender has to give you any monies owed - such as money left in the escrow impound account and any overages when paying off your mortgage.

Secret #4 - We do not need a full credit report (just mortgage only), no verification of job or employment, no need for pay stubs or taxes, and no appraisal.

Secret #5 - You get a refunded a portion of your previous UFMIP on your current FHA loan up to 68%
