San Diego CA $650,000 or Less Real Estate Update - February 2017

Being licensed to handle both real estate and mortgage transactions I stay keenly aware of the latest updates in both markets so my buyer's, seller's, and those looking to get a mortgage loan – can take advantage.

Starting in 2017 the San Diego conforming mortgage loan limits have risen once again to:

$612,950 – 1 Unit (Home/Condo)

$784,700 -  2 Unit (Duplex)

$948,500 – 3 Unit (Triplex)

$1,178,750 – 4 Unit (Fourplex)

These limits are important to keep in mind while shopping for your next home as you have the ability to put down less money, have a lower interest rate, and lower fees - if your loan amount is at this level or less.  

If you're looking to buy a home or condo that's priced at about $650,000 or less and put down the least amount of money possible – here's a few of the mortgage loans that allow that in San Diego:

San Diego VA Mortgage Loan – 0% Down

San Diego USDA Mortgage Loan – 0% Down

San Diego Home Ready Mortgage Loan – 3% Down

San Diego FHA Mortgage Loan – 3.5% Down
